Elena and Filippo are all ready for summer at La Paloma Hotel and Restaurant on the Salinas Road near Villanueva del Tapia. First of all, they have a brand new terrace, part-conservatory, cool and pleasant, and part a lovely sun terrace. The extension can seat up to 80 people, with wonderful views over the countryside and the pool. This large, pleasant terrace is already proving to be a popular addition to the restaurant.
The swimming pool, too, is new and is open to restaurant guests who may, either before or after enjoying a delicious lunch, relax there in the peace and beauty of the heart of Andalucia. Meanwhile, Elena and Filippo have created a new Summer Menu with dishes such as Salad with Smoked Salmon, Prawns and Parmesan Cheese, Turbot wrapped in Bacon with Orange Sauce and Beef Fillet Steak in a Red Wine Sauce with Pears and Cinnamon. They also have a menu with a great variety of meat, pasta, fish and salads to choose from. Save room for a dessert though because Crepes with Ice-cream and Chocolate Sauce is scrumptious, and that’s just one of the choices.
