Justin Bindley, a successful baritone who has sung with a number of different opera companies, is now sharing his talents with adults and children who wish to learn to sing. Justin made his debut as Sir Richard Cholmondley in The Yeoman of the Guard with the New D’Oyly Carte Opera. He was joint recipient of the Novello Oratorio Scholarship in 1986. His 20 year career as a baritone has taken him all over the UK and abroad with a variety of opera companies, such as the English National and Scottish. He has sung in The Royal Opera House and toured Australia and New Zealand with the Carl Rosa Opera.
Apart from singing roles from Mozart and Puccini, amongst others, he has made recordings of cathedral music and opera. In 2005, he sang in HMS Pinafore at the BBC Proms and in June of this year, he will sing the role of Sir Richard Cholmondley on the Isle of Wight. In Pedrera, Seville, he now teaches classes to adults and children of all styles of singing. Some of his pupils sing in musicals, some just want to learn to sing properly. He also teaches beginners piano. If you are interested in learning to sing or improving your voice, why not call Justin on 687006658. |
