L.C: Can you tell us something about your properties?

Neil: First of all, we offer properties at their real market value because our commission charges are set at a realistic level. We are the cheapest Estate Agents in Andalucia! We sell all kinds of properties, within Andalucia, new builds, villas, townhouses, renovations and houses needing some TLC. We have properties from as little as 45,000 euros to a million. L.C: What kinds of services do you offer your clients?

Neil: We cover all the necessary services both before and after purchase. We have a personally-selected team of bi-lingual professionals to help with mortgages, legal contracts, everything. Therefore, there are absolutely no communication problems. On top of that, we don’t push our clients into buying our properties. We’ll show them, explain all the details and the clients make their own choice. We’ve been through the process ourselves and, having also done market research, we run the business accordingly.
