We acquired the construction company when disaster struck during work on our own house in Spain, and we really felt that with our background we could make it work. We formed the present company after being asked for advice by many others. We have now moved to larger premises in the poligono, where we can now stock such things as pool chemicals and other essentials.
L.C.: So, what kind of services do you offer?
Lynne: We not only specialise in swimming pool construction, including all associated things such as pool houses, terraces or patios, but also general construction work, for example, reforms, extensions and home improvements. We were amazed to find little use of solar energy here, and can now arrange a solar package for domestic hot water and pool heating. We cover all energy aspects of a home - under-floor heating and air conditioning etc. We also provide cost-efficient solutions for Water and Water Treatment.
L.C.: How many people do you have on your team and how can you best help your clients?
Lynne: We have three teams of three construction workers, all with excellent skills and experience. Then four of us will advise clients and become the personal manager for each project. This means that clients will always have one person, who knows everything about the work, to liase with. Furthermore, the selected construction team will also be the one to work on the project from start to finish. We fully understand the difficulties involved in having work done on your house. We’ll visit clients, discuss options, plan projects and give a quote which is guaranteed to remain the same. We have a Spanish architect and lawyer to ensure everything is done according to Spanish law. During the work, we’ll visit the site regularly, sending a weekly report with photos if owners are in the UK. As for payments, these are made in stages, the final one only becoming payable when work is finished to the clients’ satisfaction.
