Fritz: Our customers are mainly ex-pats who need to keep in contact with friends and family through email or chatting. We also install systems in offices for businesses, for example, Estate Agents. We can arrange for phone calls to be made through the internet which is a cheaper way of doing it. As for the area we cover, that is Spain, Portugal – anywhere in Europe actually. We recently installed one of our two-way systems in Ireland.
L.C: So, what exactly is a two-way system?
Fritz: A two-way system is special in that everything is contained in one black box. There’s no need to install software so anything you do on your computer won’t affect your internet connection. We also do wireless connections so you can use your laptop anywhere around your house. Basically, we sell and install two-way satellite systems for internet connection.
L.C: You can install systems really quickly too, we believe?
Fritz: Yes; we stock a range of systems to suit all needs so it is really only the paperwork that takes any time and we can have everything up and running in two or three days. We install the system, check everything, explain everything to the customer and we don’t leave until it is all working.
L.C: So what do people need to do if they want internet connection?
Fritz: Call us or check out our website and tell us what you need. Fifty percent of our customers access our information on the website. You can also visit our showroom, just outside Coin. There they can see all the systems in operation and try everything for themselves.
L.C: You also hire out systems, don’t you?
Fritz: We can set up systems for hire within a few hours if needed. Recently we hired out a system for several days at a Fair in Barcelona.
