Everything is indoors, providing a haven from the heat and possible infestations and there is a walled outdoor paddock where dogs are individually taken for a run, three times a day. Dogs are well-fed, groomed and exercised.
As for the cats, their quarters are kitted out like a home, providing a familiar, natural environment into which they settle quickly.
The Boarding Kennels and Cattery are approved by three vets who are happy to recommend the place to their clients. Regular clients of Nigel’s now leave their pets from a couple of nights to four months and are ‘well-impressed with the facilities which are immaculate.’ Even the Guardia Civil have taken to boarding their police dogs here.
All-inclusive prices are set at one cost for all as each pet, whether large or small, requires and receives the same care and attention throughout its stay. 8 euros per day for a dog and 5 euros for a cat is great value for money. Moreover, there are discounts for long stays as well as for a group of pets. One client regularly leaves his three dogs and three cats here. All pets, naturally, need to be chipped and vaccinated. The kennels and cattery takes pets from a huge area, within Malaga, Cordoba, Granada and Sevilla, and, furthermore, offers a pick up and drop off service for your pets.
It is a fact of life that pets are often abandonned but it’s important to note that the Boarding Kennels and Cattery cannot accommodate strays as they may not be chipped or vaccinated or may be infected.
