Local Connections: How long have you been in business in this area?
Sheila Taylor: Andalusian Homes and Land was the first Estate Agents in this area and we started about six and a half years ago. Our centre is in Casabermeja and we cover a wide area, Cordoba, Granada and Malaga provinces, for example.

 L.C: What kinds of properties do you sell?
S.T: We deal in village and country properties mainly and have a range of properties on our books, some for renovation, some ruins, some ready to move into. We have three-bed villas, rustic properties with lots of land and new villas with mountain views. They are all great properties.
L.C: What kind of services do you offer your clients?
S.T: We offer a complete service from obtaining N.I.E. numbers and opening Bank accounts to changing the name for electricity and water supplies. We have three excellent lawyers for all the legal requirements. We can help with schools, translation of documents, contacts such as construction companies and architects as well as arranging accommodation here for clients coming from abroad. We look after our clients really well, offering a personal service.
